Atec, Inc. manufactures The USAF Standard for jet engine test facilities, hush houses, systems and equipment for locations worldwide. Our group of companies—Atec, Vital Link, Vital Link Europe, and Celtech are here to support the USAF and Allies in engine testing. We are a licensee to the major engine OEMs and are proud of our 71 years of construction and manufacturing history. We have international reach and support with 10 offices and over 22 field service teams. We support our engineering and manufacturing customers with comprehensive installation, repair and construction field services. Our Middle East and Overseas teams in Singapore, London and Dubai are ready to support your needs. Atec is proud to hire veterans and was awarded the Dept of Labor Hire Vets Platinum Award. We participate in the DOD SkillBridge program.
History
Together with our subsidiaries – Celtech, Vital Link, Vital Link Europe, and Hager Machine and Tool – we offer full service capabilities in design, manufacturing, construction, procurement, maintenance, and field services for our customers.
Headquartered in Stafford, TX and supported by 10 other locations across the United States and abroad, our 500 member team utilizes our 450,000 ft2 of work space and 65 acres of combined property to deliver unparalleled value to our growing customer base.

Celtech Corporation is the industry leader in the design and fabrication of Jet and Turboprop Mobile Engine Test Stands which includes electronic systems manufacturing and integration. We stand ready to work in partnership with our customers to support and continually upgrade our products, creating long-term solutions and lasting customer satisfaction.
Vital Link’s 125,000 square foot manufacturing plant is located in Sealy, TX. This 30-acre campus accommodates fabrication of hush houses and noise suppressors, as well as manufacturing and refurbishing of steel structures & industrial equipment. Our three-bay manufacturing facility offers 38 foot ceilings and large overhead cranes. The campus also includes covered blast and paint areas. Vital Link is currently in a significant modernization of our campus and it’s QMS is certified to ISO 9001:2015. We have added new Engineering, Production Control and Material/Logistics buildings, and significantly upgraded our Main Fab shop. Come see us!
Vital Link Europe has extensive experience in the design, installation and commissioning of turbojet, prop and shaft engine test cells at locations worldwide. We have experienced test cell SMEs ready to perform onsite work, installations, and construction management. VLE offers and supports the latest DAS products for our customer’s test cells. We are now part of the Atec group of companies, along with Vital Link, Celtech, NETS, and Hager Machine & Tool. Together, we offer a team of 400+ housed in
350,000 sq. ft. on 60+ acres at 11 international locations.
Hager has longtime energy & aerospace industry customer roots. Now an extension of Atec, Hager assists with machining as a North Houston location. Hager is busy assisting with Atec production efforts.
