Atec introduces the L-20 Standardized Commercial Test Cells. This family of test cells is designed to be scalable. We took the military approach to test cell standardization and are bringing those advantages to the commercial market.

Standard Fixed Sections and Configurations: 5, 6, 8, 10,12 Meters

Advantages of the Incremental Approach:

• Plumbing and cable runs are a function of the test cell size
• Fixed increments allow the engineering to be done once, and not adjusted each time a test cell is built
• Reduces project engineering time
• Reduces chance of errors in design
• Reduces lead time
• Air and fuel pipe diameters are set for the maximum size engine that can be run in a given test cell size
• Note – the savings in material for slightly smaller pipe sizes does not compensate for multiple design efforts
